Project Order Form
GSIS Fundraising

One sheet, one checkout, every piece of GSIS gear you need at once.

The store sells one item at a time, and that is the right tool for one hoodie. It is the wrong tool for eleven of them in six sizes, or for a table of totes, shirts, and mugs going out to one program. This page is the order sheet for all of that: pick across every category, watch one running total, pay once, and have the order land with the masjid secretary as a single job rather than eleven of them.

Pickup and volunteer delivery are both free. Ground delivery is the only line on this form that adds anything beyond the items themselves, and the form prices it at eight dollars. Everything after the payment is handled by a person at the masjid rather than by a warehouse, which is why the follow up arrives as an email you can simply answer.

What this page is for

A project order is one sheet for many items.

Almost everything GSIS sells also lives in the store, with its own product page, photographs, and description. Use the store when you want to look at one thing properly and buy it. Use this form when the order is a project: a set going to a class, a table being stocked for an event, a family buying for Eid, or a program that needs a spread of items settled in one transaction.

Use the store

The ordinary route, and the better one for a single purchase. Each product has its own page with photographs, materials, measurements, and the live price.

  • You want one item, or two of the same thing.
  • You want to see the product properly before deciding.
  • You are buying a gift and want the product page to show what it looks like.
  • You are happy with the normal cart and checkout.

Use this form

The sheet the masjid built for its own retail projects. It opens only the sections you tick, totals everything together, and reaches the secretary as one order with the whole list attached.

  • You need several items across several categories in one go.
  • You are ordering on behalf of a class, a program, or a family.
  • You want one payment and one total rather than a string of separate orders.
  • You want a volunteer to handle the whole order as a single piece of work.

Every order goes to the same place. Your full order and its total go to [email protected], and a copy comes to you: as soon as a card payment clears, or as soon as you submit if you choose Outside Payment. That message is the copy a volunteer works from, so the email address and the delivery choice you enter are the details that actually decide how quickly somebody can reach you.

What you can order

Five categories, and only the ones you tick.

The first question on the form is a row of category checkboxes. Tick Hoodies and the hoodie block opens beneath it. Leave T-Shirts alone and it stays out of your way entirely. Nothing you did not ask for ever appears, which is what keeps a form this size from reading like a spreadsheet. Prices sit on each option inside the form and the running total updates as you choose, so the figure on screen before you pay is the figure you pay.

Designs change as runs sell out
Category one

Hoodies

Three designs: GSIS Ramadan, Community, and Ramadan Charcoal. Choose the design first and the matching size row opens under it, running from S to 2XL.

Quantity sits beside the design, so a class set of the same hoodie is one line rather than eight. For a set in several sizes, choose More than one size and list the counts.

Category two

Quarter-Zip

One design: Without Fear. The block asks for the design and the quantity.

Choose the design and its size row opens under it, running from S to 2XL.

Category three

Totes (Bags)

Four canvas designs: GSIS, Ramadan, Community, and Barakah. One size fits everybody, so the block is simply design and quantity.

If you want to read what each design carries before choosing, the Community Totes page describes all four.

Category four

T-Shirts

Five designs: Eat Pray Fast, Islam at the Strand, Community Iftar, Build the Masjid, and Ramadan Nights.

Each design opens its own size row when you pick it, running from XS to 2XL. Need one design in several sizes? Choose More than one size, and a box opens for the sizes and counts.

Category five

Cups and Mugs

Two blocks open together. GSIS Mugs come in navy, green, orange, yellow, and light blue. Ramadan Mugs come in the Suhoor 2026 and Ramadan 2026 designs.

Each block carries its own quantity, so you can order six of one color and two of another without leaving the page.

Optional

Add a donation

An open amount field sits under the item total. Whatever you put there is added to the same payment and goes to the masjid alongside what the gear itself raises.

Leave it empty and nothing is added. It is there for the people who were going to give anyway and would rather do it in one transaction.

If a design you remember is not on the form, its run has finished. GSIS prints in batches rather than reordering the same item forever. The rest of the shelf, including hats, tumblers, and anything the form does not list, is in the GSIS Store, and Bags and Carry holds the totes on their own.

How it works

Six steps, and you finish on the same page you started.

Nothing here redirects you to a third party and then back again. You tick, you choose, you pay, and the confirmation replaces the form where it stood. Here is the whole sequence before you begin, so none of it is a surprise halfway through.

Tick your categories

Start with the checkboxes at the top of the form. Only the blocks you tick open, so an order of shirts and mugs never shows you a single hoodie field.

Change your mind partway through and untick one. The block closes and its choices come out of the total.

Choose designs, sizes, and counts

Inside each block, pick the design first. Sizes appear for the hoodies, the quarter zip and the shirts once a design is chosen, because the size row belongs to that specific design. For one design in several sizes, choose More than one size and list the counts in the box that opens.

Set the quantity next to it. The payment summary lower down keeps a running total as you work, so you always know where the order stands.

Say who you are and how you want it

Name and email come next, with a phone number if you would like a call, then the delivery choice: pickup at no cost, volunteer delivery on the Grand Strand at no cost, or ground delivery at eight dollars.

If anything is being brought or sent to you, fill in the shipping address. Use an email address you actually read, because both your receipt and the follow up go there.

Pay, or say you will settle in person

Three methods are offered. Card is taken securely on the page itself, PayPal is available beside it, and Outside Payment is for anyone settling with the office directly.

Choose Outside Payment and a short box appears asking which method you mean, so the secretary knows whether to expect cash, a check, or a transfer.

Watch for your copy

The confirmation replaces the form when the order goes through. A copy of the order comes to the address you entered, and a card payment shows on your statement as GSIS Fundraising.

If you paid by card and no copy arrives within the hour, write to the office. A quick message sorts it out far faster than waiting.

A person follows up

Somebody from the masjid contacts you to arrange handover using the email address on your order. That is the conversation where pickup times, delivery, and anything unusual get settled.

It is slower than a tracking number and a great deal more useful when something needs sorting out, which is the trade a community store makes on purpose.

Place your order

Build the order and check out on this page.

Gather these four things before you start and the whole form takes a couple of minutes. Sizes are the part people most often have to go away and ask about, so it is worth collecting them first if you are ordering for other people.

  • The list. Which designs, which sizes, and how many of each. Hoodies, the quarter zip and the shirts each ask for a size per design.
  • An email you read. Your receipt and the follow up from the masjid both go to whatever you type in that box.
  • A delivery address, if you need one. Only required if you are choosing volunteer delivery or ground delivery rather than pickup.
  • A card or a PayPal account, unless you are settling with the office in person and choosing Outside Payment.

GSIS Project Order

Tick the categories you want, choose designs, sizes, and quantities inside each block, then set your delivery and payment at the bottom. The running total updates as you go, and nothing is charged until you submit.

Retail Project Order
No payment items have been selected yet

Ordering something that has to arrive by a particular date? The form has nowhere to record one. Write to the office before you submit, or say so the moment the secretary replies, so the timing is agreed between two people rather than assumed by one of them.

After you submit

Where your order goes, and what it is still waiting on.

An order placed here is not finished the moment the payment clears. There is a handover to arrange, and there are one or two things the form genuinely cannot do for you. Both are set out plainly below rather than left for you to discover afterward.

The secretary receives it
Your full order and its total go to [email protected] as soon as a card payment clears, or as soon as you submit if you choose Outside Payment. That inbox is the whole record of your order on the masjid side.
Your receipt
Emailed to the address you entered on the form. If you mistyped it, nothing arrives, which is worth one last look before you press submit.
On your statement a card payment appears as GSIS Fundraising.
No copy in your inbox?
A copy of every order goes to the buyer. If yours has not arrived within the hour, check your spam folder, then write to the office so somebody can confirm the order was captured.
Handover
Pickup happens at the masjid at 4328 Waccamaw Blvd. Volunteer delivery covers the Grand Strand. Ground delivery is the paid option for anything going further out, and is the choice to use if you are not local.
If you chose Outside Payment
Nothing is charged online. The secretary still gets your order the moment you submit and writes to you about paying the total and about handover.
One design in several sizes
Choose More than one size in that design’s size row and list the sizes and counts in the box that opens. The secretary confirms them with you before anything is packed.

Something not right with an order? A wrong size, a follow up that never came, a charge you cannot find. Tell the office through the contact page and it gets put right. This is a community store run by people you can actually reach, and that is the entire point of running it this way.

When to write instead

Custom runs, large batches, and anything not on the sheet.

The form covers the designs GSIS currently prints, in the sizes and colors currently stocked. Plenty of good requests fall outside that, and every one of them starts with a conversation rather than a checkout. If any of the following describes your order, write to the office first and let somebody tell you what is possible before you pay for anything.

Write first if you need

  • A size beyond the range the form offers, or a fit it does not list.
  • A color or design that has come off the form because its run finished.
  • Artwork of your own on GSIS gear for a program, a class, or an event.
  • A batch large enough that stock has to be ordered in before it can be filled.
  • An order tied to a fixed date, since the form has no field to record one.
  • An invoice, a purchase order, or any payment route the three offered methods do not cover.

Include what you want, how many, the sizes, the date it is needed by, and whether you can collect from the masjid. That single message usually replaces three.

Reach the office

Grand Strand Islamic Society
4328 Waccamaw Blvd
Myrtle Beach, SC 29579
(843) 902-2808
[email protected]

The contact page carries directions and the quickest way to reach a person who can help with an order already placed.

Order once, and the whole of it stays in the masjid.

Every item on this form is priced to cover what it costs to make and to leave the rest behind for operations, for the weekend school, for the youth program, and for the quiet work of looking after people. Buying the gear you were going to buy anyway is a small thing. Doing it here is what turns it into something the masjid can spend.

Jazakum Allahu khayran for supporting your community.
